Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our outpatient facility located in beautiful Saint Petersburg, Florida. Work Environment

Our physical therapy clinic is conveniently located in Saint Petersburg, a vibrant area known for its warm weather and beautiful beaches. The work schedule includes a mix of afternoon and evening shifts throughout the week, specifically Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM and a shorter 4-hour shift on Fridays, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, screening, and evaluations for patients with a variety of injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in physical therapy.
  • Educate and train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic protocols, exercises, and self-management strategies.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
  • Effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, to optimize patient care.
  • Lead and supervise support staff, including physical therapy assistants and interns, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, actively seeking ways to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development, marketing strategies, and operational oversight.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Flex Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
