Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Physical Therapists to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia. As a full-time member of our outpatient facility, you will play an integral role in delivering innovative and compassionate care to our diverse patient population. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to a robust benefits package.

Work Environment

We operate Monday through Friday, with shifts arranged for optimal work-life balance, including evening hours from 3 PM to 7 PM and shorter shifts on Fridays. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients through screening, testing, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with proven physical therapy methodologies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations that address patients' specific goals and medical histories.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions using various modalities, ensuring the highest level of care while fostering patient independence.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers regarding treatment objectives and home exercise programs, facilitating a collaborative approach to recovery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and outcomes, adhering to all regulatory and facility protocols.
  • Participate in department initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing patient satisfaction through innovative practices.
