What does a typical day look like in an Entry Level Fitness position?

In an Entry Level Fitness role, your day often involves assisting clients with exercise routines, demonstrating proper equipment use, and helping to maintain a clean and safe workout environment. You'll likely collaborate with more experienced trainers to observe and learn best practices, as well as handle administrative tasks such as scheduling or logging client progress.
