We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Personal Training Manager / Member Experience Manager (MXM) to lead training revenue growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, and help build one of the strongest coaching cultures in the market.

This is not an entry-level fitness position. We are looking for a proven fitness sales professional with a strong background in personal training sales, relationship building, accountability, and member retention.

What You’ll DoSales Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Drive personal training revenue through fitness consultations, goal-setting appointments, and strategic coaching recommendations
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue, training, and membership goals
  • Actively prospect leads through calls, texts, referrals, outreach, and community networking
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline using club CRM systems
  • Conduct club tours and confidently close memberships and training packages
  • Follow up relentlessly with prospects and inactive members
Member Experience & Retention
  • Oversee the member onboarding process from consultation through long-term accountability
  • Help members establish realistic goals and customized fitness plans
  • Deliver a high-touch coaching experience that improves retention and engagement
  • Maintain meaningful member touch points and accountability systems
  • Resolve member concerns professionally and proactively
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and support the personal training team through coaching, accountability, and mentorship
  • Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven club culture
  • Collaborate with ownership and club leadership on growth strategies and operational execution
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, community events, and local partnerships

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of personal training sales experience REQUIRED
  • Proven track record of successfully selling personal training programs and fitness services
  • Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and highly accountable
  • Experience with fitness CRM and management software preferred (ABC/Club OS experience is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
