Front Desk & Membership Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven marketer to help grow our Anytime Fitness location by generating leads, increasing appointments, and driving new memberships.
This is NOT just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn marketing into revenue.

This is a part-time, hybrid role combining front desk operations with hands-on marketing execution. You'll be the face of the gym during your shift-while also helping us grow our presence online and bring in new members.
Schedule
Mornings between 9:00AM - 2:00PM
2-4 days per week to start (with growth potential)
Key Responsibilities
In-Gym (Front Desk & Member Experience):
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
  • Build relationships that turn walk-ins into long-term members
  • Manage check-ins, inquiries, and daily operations
  • Represent the energy and culture of the gym

Marketing & Growth (This is where you stand out):
  • Create and post engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  • Understand and leverage social media algorithms to increase reach
  • Execute local lead generation strategies (online & community-based)
  • Capture content in the gym (members, workouts, environment-with consent)
  • Help plan and test promotions that drive membership growth
Qualifications
  • Required: Background in marketing and sales. Bonus if you have experience as a personal trainer or fitness related work experience.
  • Sales experience or strong comfort with presenting and closing memberships
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating hours based on appointments
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Compensation
  • Hourly pay (based on experience)
