Murray Company is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager or Senior Preconstruction Managerto join our team. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will lead the development and setup of complex, multimilliondollar projects, playing a critical role in both strategic planning and execution. This position requires strong leadership, communication, scheduling, estimating, and operations planning skills, along with the ability to collaborate closely with design and construction teams. You will support project pursuits and early client engagement while partnering with Business Development and Marketing to help execute Murrays sales and marketing strategies. Ideal candidates bring a proactive mindset, strong criticalthinking abilities, and a commitment to innovation in preconstruction processes to drive successful project outcomes.


Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience (10+ years preferred)
  • At least 8 years of construction experience in estimating, project management, or business development; healthcare construction experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
  • Willingness to travel overnight to project locations
  • Valid drivers license
