ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 1983 after starting my career as a State Farm claims adjuster and spending time in the finance industry. State Farm became my third career stop, and it turned into a lifelong profession. Today, our team includes six members, and we operate with a close-knit, family-style culture built on teamwork and long-term success.
I'm a graduate of Frostburg State University, where I earned a degree in business administration and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. I remain very involved with the university, serving on the foundation board, alumni board of directors, and the college of business board. I'm also deeply involved in my church, where I serve as Chairman of Trustees, financial officer, and a member of the personnel committee. Over the years, I've also had the opportunity to mentor and develop very successful future agents.
Our office culture is built around the idea that talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships. We're a supportive, family-oriented group that values positivity, hard work, and accountability. We're looking for motivated, dependable team players who are self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to contribute to a winning environment.
For our team, we offer a strong benefits package that includes holidays and birthdays off, an attractive PTO plan, maternity leave, Casual Fridays, free snacks and drinks, team outings and dinners, a flex week option, ongoing training and personal development, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. If you're looking for a place where teamwork matters and your effort is recognized, this could be the right fit for you.
