Long gone are the days of waiting in service centers or taking shuttle buses to the metro. We come to you whether you are at home or in the office - giving you one less thing to worry about.
We are a small start-up team located in the greater DMV area. We work remotely most days, but gather in our Rockville office or at area events on a regular basis. Our days are not 9-5, but we value flexibility and balance. We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to help us expand our fleet offering and roster. The ideal candidate will have a "start-up" mentality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have demonstrated B2B sales experience, and get exhilarated when onboarding potential new clients. The candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Role Objectives:
โ€ข Represent the company's products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
โ€ข Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics
โ€ข Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
โ€ข Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
โ€ข Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain our offering and handle objections
โ€ข Prepare concise and accurate proposals and contracts
โ€ข Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
Skills and qualifications:
โ€ข Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
โ€ข Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
โ€ข Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
โ€ข Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent
โ€ข Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
โ€ข Ability to travel to customer events
