Job description

The Fleet Sales Representative's goal is to identify, contact, and create partnerships with businesses that have core functions requiring the use of vehicles that create a fuel demand in our market area.
Triplett Inc is Kansas family-owned corporation. We continue to grow with the help of our staff to provide the best customer service experience to our regular customers or customers just passing through on Kansas Highways. Fleet Card Sales Responsibilities:
  • Find and meet new customer prospects, promoting the brand and growing relationships via a wide range of platforms including cold calls, email marketing, texts, social media, mailings, and others.
  • Meets with key clients, maintains and grows relationships and negotiates and closes deals
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
  • Maintain company database for accounts
    • Create new accounts in database
    • Weekly and monthly billing
    • Create quarterly reports for customers when requested
    • Activate and deactivate cards for customers

Collaboration Responsibilities:
  • Assists other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications
  • Tracking and providing payout data for team member referral program
  • Training on Fleet card and VIP card with in-store staff

Loyalty Program Responsibilities:
  • Maintain loyalty program site
  • Ensure integrity of VIP program
  • Training VIP Ambassador program

Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of our accounts and interact professionally with them
  • Good driving record - Travel is required throughout the state of Kansas
