As we continue to grow our Houston operations, we're looking for a dedicated Fleet Safety / EHS Manager to champion a culture of safety across our team, our equipment, and our communities.
The Role
The Fleet Safety Manager owns and administers our environmental health and safety (EHS) program with a focus in fleet transportation. Reporting directly to our Human Resources Director, this person ensures regulatory compliance, leads incident investigations, manages environmental safety initiatives, and conducts vehicle maintenance safety audits. You'll be a key voice in protecting our people, equipment, and operations.
**Position Summary
The Fleet Safety Manager will own and administer our EHS program with a focus in fleet transportation. This role ensures DOT and OSHA compliance, leads investigations, manages environmental safety programs, and conducts fleet maintenance audits. Approximately 30% travel to field and operational sites is required.
