Job description

Third Shift schedule:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30PM - 7:00AM

Responsible for managing fleet performance processes during overnight operations for an assigned region. This role has no direct reports and drives results through real-time monitoring, cross-functional coordination with Dispatch leadership, disciplined documentation, and timely follow-up on service and safety incidents. The position supports achievement of member satisfaction, productivity (PTA), and ERS response time targets. Key Relationships: 3rd shift Dispatch leadership, Fleet Operations leadership, field technicians, and Safety/Operations partners (as applicable).
What you will do:

  • Partner with 3rd shift Dispatch leadership to support appropriate utilization of fleet resources and achievement of desired productivity/PTA. Engage at least monthly to review specific incidents and opportunities; document discussions and develop action plans when appropriate.
  • Drive fleet member satisfaction results for the assigned region during 2nd and/or 3rd shift coverage.
  • Monitor and oversee fleet areas to support achievement of ERS response time targets during 3rd shift.
  • Coordinate operational processes in a fleet, dispatch, roadside assistance, logistics, or service environment.
  • Respond to safety-related incidents; assist technicians with issues in the field; collect statements and pertinent incident details; and escalate per protocol when necessary.
  • Ability to analyze service performance (e.g., member satisfaction, response time, PTA/productivity) and identify trends and opportunities.

Compensation:  The pay range for this position is $74,500 - $94,500 / year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives. Additionally, employees may participate in our award winning medical, dental, vision, wellness, financial (6% 401k match), and a wide array of other employee and membership benefits.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Operations, Logistics or other related field required or
  •   6-8 years of additional relevant experience required
  • 4+ years Experience with fleet, emergency, and/or dispatch services  required and
  • 2+ years Leadership experience  required and
  • 2+ years Safety practices and incident-response expectations  required 

Licenses and Certifications

Active and valid driver’s license issued by only one state or jurisdiction required and DOT card pre-hire and as a current employee within 1 Year required.
