We're seeking a Warehouse & Fleet Operations Coordinator who takes pride in organization, efficiency, safety, and supporting the success of an entire team.

This is much more than a warehouse position.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our technicians have the equipment they need, our fleet is maintained and ready, deliveries arrive safely, inventory stays organized, and our operations continue running efficiently every day.

If you're dependable, enjoy variety, like working with equipment, and want to be part of a company where your contributions truly matter, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse & Fleet Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep every department moving by:

  • Stage generators, transfer switches, accessories, and installation materials for upcoming projects.
  • Verify all equipment and materials are complete and ready before deliveries.
  • Load company vehicles for daily  service and installation operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and yard.

Logistics & Equipment Handling

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Move generators and heavy equipment throughout the warehouse and yard.
  • Coordinate equipment movement between warehouse locations, vendors, storage yards, and customer sites.
  • Protect equipment from damage during handling, storage, and transportation.

Fleet & Transportation

  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and service for company vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and      equipment.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain fleet records.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Operate company rollback trucks as needed.
  • Safely transport generators and related equipment.
  • Properly secure all loads using DOT-approved cargo securement practices.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip  inspections.

Fuel Sampling & Environmental Compliance

  • Assist technicians with generator  fuel sampling.
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate  shipment of fuel samples.
  • Maintain fuel sample  documentation and supplies.
  • Monitor used oil and antifreeze storage.
  • Coordinate recycling pickups with approved vendors.
  • Transport scrap metal and  recyclable materials.

Team Support

This position works closely with the Service Operations Manager, Sales Lead, and Company Owners to ensure:

  • Equipment is staged and available for upcoming projects.
  • Fleet vehicles are maintained and ready for service.
  • Warehouse operations remain organized and efficient.
  • Operational improvements are  identified and implemented.
  • Departments receive the support they need to serve customers successfully.

You'll also assist with special projects and help improve the overall efficiency of our operations.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Dependable and accountable.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Safety-focused.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Proud to take ownership of their work.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Massachusetts 2A/1C Hoisting License.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
