As a fleet maintenance manager, you are in charge of maximizing efficiency and profitability by managing the maintenance of the vehicles used by your company. You may be asked to research and select vehicles for lease or purchase, keep excellent records on vehicle use and maintenance, track logs of driver routes, and resell unwanted vehicles that no longer meet company needs.
