Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance operations for a large-scale industrial equipment manufacturer. In this high-impact role, youโ€™ll ensure the production facility runs at peak reliability, safety, and performance.

  • Anticipate $100K-$135K (+/-), based on experience
  • Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K+match, PTO, Holiday, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance team across shifts, overseeing repairs and training.
  • Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM programs.
  • Use CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate vendors.

Qualifications:
