Our growing client is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead operations at our Midwest facility—a dynamic, 24/7 unionized plant producing food and beverages. We have a strong commitment to quality and safety; this is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact. We need you to use your excellent organizational and communication skills to hold teams accountable to deliver results. You must have food & beverage manufacturing experience. There is a great chance for promotion quickly!

What You’ll Do as the Plant Operations Manager:

· Oversee all plant production activities and ensure KPI tracking and attainment

· Lead a team of direct reports in Production & Sanitation staff

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in capital projects

· Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of production team members

· Conduct plant audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
