What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Flagger Supervisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Flagger Supervisor, you need a strong understanding of traffic control procedures, safety regulations, and previous experience in flagging or traffic management, often supported by a flagger certification and supervisory experience.
