  • In-depth understanding of Federal Government contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies.
  • Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization.
  • High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro's solution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively.
