Territory Sales Manager - South Texas Valley

Southwest Accessories Group (SWAG) is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Account Manager to represent our exclusive GM and Ford Accessories programs throughout South Texas Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to combine consultative sales, business development, and dealership relationship management while earning a competitive salary plus monthly commission.

What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll serve as the trusted business partner for dealerships throughout your assigned territory by helping them maximize accessory sales and improve profitability.
You'll:
  • Develop and grow long-term relationships with GM and/or Ford dealership leadership and staff.
  • Consult with dealership executives, managers, and department leaders to identify opportunities to increase accessory sales.
  • Train dealership sales, service, parts, and body shop personnel on effective accessory sales strategies and processes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals through strategic account management.
  • Design customized showroom displays, merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and dealership incentive programs.
  • Analyze dealership performance and recommend solutions that improve customer experience and profitability.
  • Support dealership events, product launches, promotions, and manufacturer initiatives.
  • Represent Southwest Accessories Group with professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.

What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Proven success in outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development.
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, especially with GM and/or Ford dealerships.
  • Understanding of dealership sales, parts, service, or fixed operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
  • Drive extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout dealership facilities.
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Use computers and mobile devices for extended periods.
  • Work in varying indoor and outdoor environments.
