Reporting Relationship: The Service Greeter reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The Service Greeter plays an integral role at Birchwood Hyundai achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during service appointments. The Service Greeter welcomes customers and is the first level of communication during the customer’s experience. The successful candidate will manage traffic flow within the service department, ensuring vehicles move quickly and efficiently to avoid customer delays. They are also responsible for picking up and delivering customer vehicles, maintaining the dealership's parking lot, and working closely with the Service team for support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the service side of the automotive industry – acting as a stepping stone into a career in Fixed Operations.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience is required

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract
