We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Service Managers for current and future dealership opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dealership service department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service department profitability.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor sales, gross profit, effective labor rate, technician productivity, proficiency, and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong CSI and manufacturer performance standards.
  • Ensure repair orders are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with parts, sales, and executive leadership teams to achieve dealership objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top service department talent.
  • Implement processes that improve workflow, customer experience, and department performance.
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service management experience required.
  • Proven leadership experience within a dealership service department.
  • Strong understanding of fixed operations performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success improving profitability, technician retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience managing service advisors, technicians, and department workflow.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar platforms.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
