Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Operations Director to lead and oversee our service, parts, and collision operations. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability within the fixed operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, a commitment to quality, and the ability to foster a positive and productive team environment.

Responsibilities Manage and direct all fixed operations activities including service.. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
