CFII is seeking an experienced trader with deep understanding of theratesmarket, trading a wide variety of bonds and derivative instruments in a high-calibreenvironment. The successful candidate will have proven success in trading, a collaborativenature,and excellent communication skills. This position will be based in Los Angeles or New York.

As a Rates Trader, you will contribute to the team in the following ways:

  • Execute trades andidentifytrading strategies and investment opportunities across US interest rate products, including government bonds, interest rate swaps,futuresand options.

  • Build andmaintainstrong internal and externalrelationships,with investment group colleagues and sell-side counterparties

  • Communicate regularly with Capital's global trading desks to ensure a global view on bond markets

  • Collaborate with Capital's investment professionals worldwide to discuss market trends and investment strategies

  • Liaise with Investment Operations and other fixed income business units tomaintainorder flow integrity,monitorriskand improve communication
