About the Role
The Growth Team drives New Client Acquisition, Retention, and Reactivation through data driven marketing and continuous experimentation. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll help shape Stitch Fix's media mix and marketing strategy by translating complex data into strategic recommendations, delivering clear performance reporting, advancing measurement capabilities, and enabling smarter decision making across Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead initiatives that improve marketing measurement, automation, and data infrastructure to enable faster, more scalable decision-making.
  • Drive analytics that identify performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that inform marketing investment decisions.
  • Partner across Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics to influence strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools alongside SQL, BI platforms, and modern analytics technologies to automate workflows, accelerate insight generation, and improve team productivity.

About You
This is what you'll need to succeed in this role from day 1:
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, strategy, finance, business operations, or another highly analytical function.
  • Experience with performance marketing, attribution, and marketing measurement.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Comfortable incorporating AI-powered tools into analytical workflows to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience applying advanced marketing measurement methodologies, including experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Familiarity with, or an interest in learning, semantic modeling and reporting development tools (e.g., LookML).
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance. Salary Range
$86,300-$144,000 USD
