Job description

Roles & Responsibilities & Skills:
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation & Enhancement activities related SAP AR/SD modules (Customers, sales orders, Sales Cycles, Revenue Recognition, Dunning and FI-SD integration).
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Good Understanding of integration with other modules. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
• Experience in interfacing with third party applications or other customer invoice processing applications.
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations
• Develop and test application changes using disciplined software development processes.
• Adherence to Development Life Cycle, PLC, IT controls and change control policies for all developments.
• Maintain process documentation for FICO processes & tasks
• Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance related processes.
• Should have 5-6 Years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or above. S4HANA experience is preferable.
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP SD and AR modules.
• Strong knowledge on several areas of the complete software lifecycle (including test and support).
Required Soft Skills:
• Exposure and experience to work in teams across multiple locations with different time zones.
• Should have worked in Agile projects
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with business partners and IT functional analysts in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Should be capable of self-learning new technologies and should be able to work with minimum direction and supervision.
Good to Have:
• Preferable to have knowledge in AP, FA & PS modules.
• Experience working with ticketing tools (Ex: ServiceNow).
• Experience working with scheduling tools (Ex: Control M).
• SAP Certification in relevant Functional areas will be an added advantage and Domain experience in BFSI sector will be a plus
• Should have worked in Agile project
