About the role:

As an Account Executive / Sales Executive Senior supporting Regional & Community Banking clients, you'll act as a strategic partner and primary commercial relationship owner for assigned banks. You will simplify the client journey, build executive relationships, maximize the value FIS delivers, and grow and retain revenue for a defined book of business.

About the team:

You will join a regional and community banking sales organization focused on existing FIS clients. The team works across commercial, renewal, product and executive partners to win as one FIS and align solutions to each client's business objectives.

What you will be doing:

Build deep knowledge of each client's vision, strategy and financial objectives, then translate those insights into an account plan supporting client and FIS goals.

Own executive and critical relationship alignment across assigned accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.

Originate, develop and execute sales opportunities for FIS products and services; cultivate new business and grow revenue over the short, medium and long term.

Partner with renewal teams and internal stakeholders to retain revenue, simplify engagement and deliver on strategic client needs.

What you will need:

Experience interacting with, influencing and partnering with senior management and executive stakeholders.

Experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive or account manager in financial technology or financial services.

Deep knowledge of the financial services market, FIS products and services, and the fintech competitive landscape.

Ability to collaborate in a shared-account environment, orchestrating product, renewal, delivery and executive teams to win as one FIS.

Expert negotiation, communication and presentation skills with confidence in all levels of customer engagement.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; ability to travel 15%-25%.

The pay range for this full-time position is $112,960.00 - $162,020.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
