The EVS Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
  • Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.

Requirements
Performs other job-related duties as requested.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED - Preferred

Work Experience
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - Required
Additional Requirements
General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
