Assembler (1st Shift)
4:45 AM - 3:15PM, Monday - Thursday (Friday OT as needed).

What You'll Get To Do
The Assembler plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on position involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and inspecting finished units for quality. Assemblers work on flow line and bench production stations, contributing to a collaborative team environment where safety, precision, and quality are paramount.
  • Set up production stations according to job specifications.
  • Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.
  • Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.
  • Use tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.
  • Fabricate and hang sashes.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products.
  • Load and prepare items for shipping and production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company quality standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and support team efforts as needed.
  • Participate in OSHA safety training and follow all PPE & JSA guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
  • Good work ethic with consistent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Worksite Conditions
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently.
  • Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds intermittently.
  • Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor, wearing steel-toed shoes with metatarsal guards and other safety equipment for eight to ten hours per day.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature or humidity control.
  • Engage in pre-shift and mid-shift stretching routines.
