Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide first-line support to users of CRM Dynamics 365, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to daily operations. This position will be full-time and onsite in Newark, NJ.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line support to users of CRM Dynamics 365, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to daily operations

  • Assist customers with portal renewal registrations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
