SAIT's Alumni and Development department is looking for an organized and proactive Alumni Engagement Coordinator who thrives on coordination, administration, and delivering exceptional support for alumni engagement activities.
Reporting to the Manager of Alumni Engagement, this role fosters pride, connection and lifelong engagement among SAIT alumni, students, and donors. As the ideal candidate, you're a relationship-builder with a welcoming spirit and a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving problems creatively, and bring a strong background in volunteer management - from recruitment and training to coordination and recognition. Â Â Â Â
You will work closely as a cohesive team alongside the Alumni Engagement Officers to build pride and a culture of lifelong engagement with SAIT, promote Alumni & Development's programs to students, alumni and donors. This role will have a direct influence on the success of alumni and student engagement.Â
