Job description

About the Role Working within the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the Student Program Coordinator, IIE is a flexible position, with a work schedule that is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty-fine (35) hours per week. Hours are expected to be sporadic as demand requires and employee availability allows. Responsibilities Program Coordination Support the Operations team in coordinating activities required to deliver an effective and efficient program.

This role is focused on marketing activities including creative, social media and photography. Support the Operations team to plan and manage events and workshops. Physically help to set up the environment for events.

Act professionally and respectfully in all interactions with community members. Capture lessons and areas for improvement in future programs. Other duties as requested by the Executive Director or delegate.

Qualifications Current part-time or full-time MRU student or recent graduate. Experience with the Institute's programs. Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Google Suite, Qualtrics, social media).
