Your day to day as a Loan Operations Specialist
As a Loan Operations Specialist at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role performing all duties associated with consumer loans and credit card post-closing tasks, while ensuring seamless communication with office loan staff to promote an efficient workflow. Your position entails booking, servicing, and auditing indirect loans, presenting timely problem resolutions, with follow-up through to completion.
