Are you a nurse seeking work-life balance while making a real difference in your community? Walnut Ridge Clinic is looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team!

We are seeking a full time skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our healthcare team. The LPN/RN will review upcoming patient appointments and medical records to ensure charts are complete and providers have the information they need before each visit. Responsibilities include identifying care gaps, preventive health needs, screenings, labs, referrals, follow-up needs, medications, diagnoses, and recent test results, while organizing pertinent clinical information for the provider. This position will collaborate with clinical staff and providers and will also provide clinical support and work alongside the provider when needed. The LPN/RN will maintain accurate documentation, follow established clinical workflows and organizational policies, and ensure patient information remains confidential and HIPAA compliant.

Qualifications:

RN or LPN license

American Heart Association BLS/CPR

Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in EHR systems and basic computer skills.

Worked in a fast-paced clinical environment preferred.

Marijuana card is prohibited according to Act 593

Facial Piercings not allowed

Must pass a pre employment drug screen and criminal background check.
