Job description

GCP Data Architect
• 10+ years' experience in design & implementation with distributed applications and systems, enterprise data-center technologies and private cloud
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with architecting solutions on GCP
• Networking understanding (routing, firewall, VPN, Load Balancing, etc.)
• Knowledge in Cloud Security
• Strong documentation skills
• Understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models
• Working knowledge of software development and automation tools and methodologies (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Chef, Python, etc.)
• Experience with managing and using Git-repositories (Gitlab, GitHub)
• Scripting abilities with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or IT transformations
• Experience working with Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud security requirements, tools, and best practices
• Client facing Experience
• Knowledge in DevOps + IaS
• Knowledge in Process Automation
Relevant Technology Domains
• Strong Google Cloud Platform Data Components BigQuery, BigTable, CloudSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Dataproc, Data Flow, Data Fusion etc.

• Strong Experience in Big Data-
