Join a team of experts building the next generation of financial systems.

Weโ€™re hiring a VP Fintech Sales, US to lead sales with fintechs, neobanks, and digital asset companies across the United States. Based in San Francisco, you will help establish Dfns as the wallet infrastructure platform powering the next wave of fintech innovation. Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will own fintech sales across the region, driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with product-driven financial companies adopting our platform. You will source, qualify, and close complex platform deals while working closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to support technical evaluations and successful deployments. You bring credibility in fintech and developer-driven organizations, comfort discussing technical systems with engineers and product leaders, and experience navigating modern sales cycles with fast-growing financial technology companies.

Responsibilities

Lead fintech and neobank sales across the United States, working closely with the Head of Americas.

Drive revenue growth and deliver regional ARR targets.

Build trusted relationships with fintech platforms, neobanks, exchanges, and digital asset companies.

Source, qualify, and close strategic platform opportunities.

Lead technical sales cycles, working with product and engineering teams to support architecture discussions and solution design.

Guide prospects from initial engagement through contract negotiation and deployment.

Support successful launches and long-term account expansion.

Monitor fintech trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the US market.

Represent Dfns at industry events, fintech conferences, and ecosystem gatherings.

Travel across the region to meet clients, prospects, and partners.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience in fintech, infrastructure software, or developer platforms.

Strong track record selling infrastructure, APIs, or financial technology to fintech companies.

Deep understanding of fintech products, payments, wallets, or digital asset ecosystems.

Experience selling blockchain infrastructure, custody, wallets, or fintech APIs is a strong plus.

Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear business value.

Comfort engaging with product leaders, engineers, and founders.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in fast-growing environments.

Proficiency with CRMs and modern sales tooling.

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
