As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's in it for you: Site Location: Sunnyvale, CA Set schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 7:00pm Competitive hourly wage of $25 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Must have one year of corporate security experience Must have high level of customer service experience Experience verifying and issuing credentials for visitors Must have experience monitoring CCTV's Answering phone calls and directing calls to appropriate party Responding to emails and internal messaging system Preferably has some security operations center (SOC) experience Please include your most up to date security experience Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better.
