Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying business owners who need funding, building relationships, presenting our flexible financing products, and closing deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to start a career in sales with comprehensive training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential through commissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation methods
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' funding needs and financial goals
  • Present Upcrunch's funding solutions (lines of credit, working capital, equipment financing) via phone, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track progress in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar), and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate with funding specialists and underwriting teams to move deals forward
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity metrics
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and small business financing regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of all interactions


Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required for entry-level)
  • 0 to 2 years of sales, customer service, retail, or related experience; entry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Compensation: Base Pay of $18 - 23/hour DOE + Commission
