WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

State Street seeks a transformational executive to define and execute the strategic vision for global client onboarding, transaction management and platform implementation for a major strategic client. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of the Client, Product, Operations and Technology, treating implementation programs as enterprise transformations that advance long-term business objectives, client outcomes and sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Define the global transaction implementation, onboarding and transformation strategy; align priorities with enterprise growth; establish implementation management as a strategic capability; advise client and State Street executives on complex transformation decisions.

Client Transformation & Operating Model Modernization

Lead multi-year platform migration, service-model redesign, middle-office transaction lifecycle modernization; define scalable future-state operating models; accelerate strategic product adoption; shift from bespoke solutions toward standardized services where appropriate; ensure client adoption and benefit realization.

Enterprise Delivery & Governance

Establish executive governance and lead steering committees; oversee portfolio investment, resources, risks, dependencies and outcomes; provide transparent executive reporting and escalation; reinforce accountability and delivery discipline.

Transaction Lifecycle Strategy

Improve processing efficiency, data quality, exception management, controls and client transparency; simplify workflows with Product, Operations and Technology; advance automation, straight-through processing, platform convergence and speed-to-market.

Organizational Leadership & Talent

Lead and develop a global organization; build a high-performance, client-focused culture; strengthen leadership, succession and professional growth; lead through influence across a complex matrix.

Risk, Regulatory & Control Oversight

Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, information security and operational resilience requirements; strengthen governance, testing, readiness and change controls; proactively identify and mitigate implementation and operational risk.

Innovation & Future-State Enablement

Modernize implementation methods, tools and operating models; embed Product Development Lifecycle practices; partner with Technology and Architecture on automation, AI-enabled delivery, workflow optimization and data-driven insights; build reusable frameworks for future growth.

EDUCATION & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Operations or a related discipline.

15+ years of progressive leadership in financial services, asset servicing, fintech, transaction banking, investment operations or a related industry.

Significant leadership of global implementation, transformation, operating model or strategic delivery organizations.

Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and complex transformation programs.

Deep expertise in transaction management, middle-office or investment operations, post-trade processing or asset servicing platforms.

PREFERRED

Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS or equivalent.

Experience delivering strategic operating model transformation for large institutional clients.

Knowledge of Alpha, transaction management services, middle-office platforms and digital transformation strategies.

Experience leading modernization, platform migration and product adoption.

Proven record of organizational transformation and enterprise change management.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel globally as business needs require.

Proven ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity and organizational change.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $252,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
