In the role of IT Asset Analyst-ITFM, we will count on you to:
Evaluate and optimize operational and financial processes to improve cost efficiency, transparency, and alignment with FinOps best practices 
Partner with technology, finance, and business stakeholders to manage budgets, monitor spend, and drive accountability across cost centers 
Analyze cost and usage data across cloud and technology environments to identify optimization opportunities, reduce waste, and improve overall resource efficiency 
Implement and support showback/chargeback models to increase visibility and ownership of technology spend 
Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives (e.g., rightsizing, license optimization, decommissioning unused resources) to drive measurable financial impact 
Establish and enforce financial governance and cost management best practices to support audit readiness and operational consistency 
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between financial objectives and technology delivery, maintaining strong attention to timelines and deliverables 
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on FinOps principles, fostering a culture of cost awareness and continuous improvement
Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT Asset Management best practices and procedures

Strong understanding of P&L impact and accounting principles

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years IT asset management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
  • Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment many times working under tight delivery schedules Engineering and/or Construction background a plus
