Are you the person who can negotiate and structure transactions worth hundreds of millions of euros and be an integral part of a team creating value?

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on

VP of Investor Relations (m/f/x)

to lead our global investor engagement and capital markets strategy. In this role, you will position Skeleton’s technology and growth story to investors and partners while supporting the structuring and execution of major financing and strategic transactions.

As VP of Investor Relations, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to communicate our strategy, manage investor relationships, and help secure the capital required to scale the next generation of energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.

  • Significant experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of working on large capital raises or strategic transactions.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technology and growth strategies to investors.
  • Experience engaging with global investors and financial institutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-scaling technology company.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, technology, or deep-tech sectors is a strong plus.

Why should you join?

Personal growth is guaranteed. You get to work in an international company that is tackling challenges from scale up of new factories, to development of new technologies, and sales to worldwide customers.

Skeleton has a clear purpose - we fight climate change by providing short duration energy storage technology.

Benefits

We're not just about energy storage. We're about redefining energy for a net zero future, and we'd love for you to be a part of our journey.
