Account Manager Finland
Location: Finland
Work Arrangement: Remote with 40% travel to customer site (North Finland)

What you'll do
Sales Leadership: Drive and deliver key financial results by expanding core and complementary products and services, maximizing sales year-over-year while maintaining appropriate profit margins. Success means consistently achieving or exceeding revenue, profit, and market share growth targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities by providing professional, efficient customer service, including accurate quotations, understanding customer pain points, product recommendations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Daily activities include engaging with customers and building strong rapport.
Strategic Planning: Maintain and update strategic business plans; collaborate routinely with management to develop sales strategies and goals that support local markets and maximize market potential.
Inventory Coordination: Support inventory management by working directly with Supply Chain teams to meet inventory targets, ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.
Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% domestically to visit customers, vendors, and regional headquarters, primarily within Finland and potentially northern mining regions.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
Sales, commercial, or market growth experience, ideally within the mining or related industries.
Excellent computer skills, including ERP systems and MS Office software proficiency.
Exceptional communication skills in Finnish and English, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Nice-to-haves:
Industry experience in mining sales or operations, especially in maintenance and repair.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Experience working in office, shop, warehouse, and mine-site environments.
Familiarity with ground engaging tools (GET), buckets, and construction/mining equipment.
Ability to work autonomously within a small, supportive team environment.
