Job description

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a Indonesian-speaking Data Quality Analyst to support multilingual data quality initiatives. In this analytical role, you’ll review, annotate, and evaluate language data while helping drive quality improvements across global products.
This position blends hands-on data work with a coaching and feedback component, making it a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about improving quality at scale.
Job Title: Data Quality Analyst – Indonesian Language Specialist
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA; Burlingame, CA; Austin, TX; or New York, NY)
Schedule: Monday/Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday onsite
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
What You’ll Do
  • Review, label, and annotate Indonesian-language data following established guidelines
  • Conduct quality assurance audits on collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in data quality
  • Develop and refine guidelines for data collection and evaluation
  • Create reports summarizing findings, insights, and quality trends
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to contributors to improve overall quality
  • Assist with training efforts and support ongoing knowledge-sharing across teams

What We’re Looking For
  • Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets, formulas, and data tracking)
  • Experience with data review, QA, or annotation is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday/Friday)
  • Collaborative team environment with regular review sessions and cross-language knowledge sharing
