Coastal Wealth Management is a growing private wealth advisory firm based in Mystic, CT, currently managing $1.7 billion in assets across 8 advisors and 4 offices. We have established a strong presence throughout Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island and are actively expanding across New England.

As part of this growth, we are seeking both new and experienced Financial Advisors to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career, expand your client base, and partner with a firm that is committed to mutual success.

Growth & Transition Support

We offer a highly competitive and differentiated transition program:

  • Initial book of approx. 20M to manage
  • Salary of $150,000 if you have $30M in assets to transition over to CWM at Ameriprise.
  • Proven expertise onboarding advisors and transitioning client relationships.
  • Dedicated support to ensure a smooth, efficient, and client-focused transition.
  • Enhanced partnership opportunities for advisors with an established book of business.
