Our Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our financial planning and analysis system, ensuring data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Incumbent should be detail oriented and technically skilled with expertise in Prophix or another similar financial planning software. Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process is required. Must be proficient in Excel and have experience with SQL or data integration tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:3+ years ofexperience in financial systems. Prefer experience with ERP systems, Prophix, and working in mid to large size organizations with complex financial structures.

Travel: 0%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administers and maintains the Prophixfinancial system, including user access, data integrations, and system configurations.

  • Collaborates with Finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

  • Designs and develops financial models, dashboards, and reports within Prophix to support strategic decision-making.

  • Troubleshoots system issues, performs root cause analysis, and implements solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Provides training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of Prophix tools and features.

  • Leads or supports system upgrades, enhancements, and testing efforts.

  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity across all financial systems and reports.

  • Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides.

  • Stays current with Prophix updates and best practices to recommend improvements.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
