This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can build structure, strengthen processes, develop a team, and partner closely with executive leadership. Director of Finance / VP Finance Job Summary:
Location: Dallas, TX
Total Compensation: $185,000-$230,000 (includes 25% annual bonus opportunity)
• Lead and oversee financial operations, reporting, and controls for the North American business
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decisions, profitability, and business growth
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Ensure accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support project-based accounting, profitability analysis, and operational finance initiatives
• Oversee cash management, working capital, and financial risk management activities
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance team development
• Partner with global finance teams and support international reporting requirements
• Coach, mentor, and develop finance team members while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Director of Finance / VP Finance Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA designation preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, project-based, or similar environments preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance
• Experience building processes, improving controls, and developing teams
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach
• Experience supporting global or matrix organizations preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership
