Pursue your passion for caring with the Patient Revenue Management Organization, which is Duke Health's fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization that supports the entire health system in streamlining the revenue cycle. Identify coding and billing risk areas, conduct focused reviews, and implement corrective action as needed. Conduct routine internal audits of provider documentation on a timely basis. Collaborate with physicians and internal staff in the development of improved capabilities in the areas of documentation, coding, and compliance.

Respond promptly to external and internal concerns; implement corrective actions as appropriate. Communicate with Medicare/Medicaid Carriers and third party payers regarding policies and procedures.
