  • Program Management:ย Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improveย the employeeย experience, including project management, vendor management,ย content creation, communications, and program analytics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:ย Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidanceย to HRBPs to support successful adoption
  • Onboarding:ย Develop and implementย a coreย onboarding experience for all employees.
  • Recognition:ย Manage our internal recognition platformย and lead recognition initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelorโ€™sย Degreeย or equivalent in Human Resources,ย Industrial Organizational Psychology,ย or related fieldย required.ย Masterโ€™sย preferred.
  • 3-5ย years ofย relevantย experienceย in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.ย 
  • Workingย knowledge ofย different philosophiesย aroundย talent managementย and employee experience,ย and a practical approach to implementing best practices.
  • Experience inย multi-site and multi-nationalย organizationsย preferred.

Work Location:ย Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office locations in the greater Wayne, PA or Rochester, NY area. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere; fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.

Pay Transparency: The expected annual salary range for this role is $79,800 - $102,800 a year.
