Job description

Job Summary – Senior Program Manager (Technical Program Manager – Digital Commerce Platform Implementation)
- Lead end-to-end digital commerce platform implementation programs, handling risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional teams (HCL internal and client-facing), overseeing delivery activities and project timelines.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and agile plans; convert technical and QA estimates into financial effort estimates.
- Oversee program financials, including forecasting and tracking actuals across multiple project tracks.
- Conduct daily team status meetings, remediate and escalate issues using Jira, and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional dependencies and defects.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of D2C eCommerce domain, commerce technology stack (UI, Commerce Engine, CDP, Mobile, connected devices), Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Provide consulting expertise in product management, with an emphasis on information security and product/domain consulting.
- Work onsite 3-4 days per week in Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Must be visa independent (no OPT or GC EAD candidates).
