Report in Location: 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do as a Financial Associate

ย ย ย ย Prepare, compile & verify statistical, financial, accounting or auditing data, reports & tables related to accounts payable & accounts receivable &/or perform payroll activities:
ย ย ย ย Greet & respond to in-person, telephone &/or written inquiries in a professional, courteous, friendly, respectful & timely manner to ensure positive internal &/or external customer service;
ย ย ย ย Listen carefully to internal &/or external customer's questions &/or concerns & ask appropriate follow-up questions to verify understanding;
ย ย ย ย Provide a complete, knowledgeable, accurate, precise response immediately or provide a firm commitment as to when a response will be provided;
ย ย ย ย Follow-up to ensure all of the customer's questions &/or concerns have been thoroughly answered;
ย ย ย ย Verify, audit, & compile various reports & transactions for the vehicle registrations, SB 123 (partial reinstatement fees);

Option 1
18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.

Option 2
-Or completion of high school technical program in accounting;ย 

AND 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.

Option 3
-Or completion of associate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
