  • Producing client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
  • Conduct review meetings in conjunction with the firm's advisors
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, create summary letters and file notes and perform necessary follow up
  • Monitor account alerts
  • Generate review meeting materials for client presentation including creating financial plans
  • Maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
  • Provide outstanding service by responding to incoming calls from clients and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
  • Review clients' goals and risk profile
  • Stay current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
  • Demonstrate job stability and career progression

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CFP® certification or currently enrolled in CFP® certification coursework required
  • Series 65 required
  • 6+ years of industry experience
  • A clean U-4
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Heavy client facing experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and some financial planning software
  • Demonstrated job stability and career progression
