Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join the Private Markets team as a Private Markets Operations Analyst. Reporting to Head of Private Markets Strategy & Execution and working closely with Director of Investment Operations, this role is focused Dynasty's private markets platform - from the subscription document process, fund administration coordination, to the investor onboarding experience for every fund brought to the Dynasty network.

This is a high-execution role built around precision and follow-through. The right candidate will own the paperwork lifecycle for new private markets opportunities end-to-end - from initial sub doc collection through funding confirmation - while supporting ongoing fund administration and, as capacity allows, contributing to the creation of client-facing collateral and advisor-enabling materials. This role is an in-office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Subscription Document Processing & Investor Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors navigating subscription paperwork, guiding them through platform-specific requirements, document completion, and submission timelines.
  • Identify and resolve NIGO (Not In Good Order) issues proactively before they cause delays at close; track outstanding items and communicate status to advisors in real time.
  • Coordinate investor suitability, accreditation, and KYC/AML documentation requirements with advisors, fund managers, and fund administrators.
  • Maintain a live subscription pipeline tracker with status, outstanding requirements, responsible parties, and expected close dates across all active opportunities.
  • Manage document version control, signature coordination (DocuSign and platform-native tools), and deadline tracking across LP and advisor populations.

Fund Administration Support

  • Coordinate capital call and distribution logistics - tracking notices, confirming wiring instructions, and following through to confirmation across investor accounts.
  • Support fund-level reconciliation: partner with fund administrators and internal operations to ensure investor statements, capital account balances, and transaction records are accurate.
  • Maintain accurate manager, fund, and investor data across Dynasty systems; flag and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with the operations team.

Client-Facing Collateral & Advisor Enablement (As Capacity Allows)

  • Assist in preparing fund overview materials, investment summaries, and advisor-facing collateral for active private markets opportunities.
  • Support the creation of onboarding guides, subscription checklists, and process reference materials that help advisors navigate new fund participation independently.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and operational playbooks that standardize how Dynasty brings new funds to market and onboards investors at scale.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in alternative investments, private markets, fund operations, or wealth management operations.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with subscription documents, capital calls, or LP investor onboarding - not conceptual familiarity alone.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, paperwork-heavy workflows with precision and under deadline pressure
  • Familiarity with one or more private markets fund platforms (Allocate, iCapital, CAIS, Fidelity WealthScape, Schwab, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort holding multiple transactions in flight simultaneously with no items falling through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to guide advisors and investors through complex processes with clarity and confidence.

Preferred

  • Experience navigating fund administrator relationships and coordinating on reconciliation, statements, or capital account reporting.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and suitability verification workflows, KYC/AML documentation, and investor eligibility requirements.
  • Experience developing or contributing to operational SOPs, onboarding guides, or process documentation in a financial services setting.
  • Exposure to creating client-facing materials, fund summaries, or advisor collateral in a private markets or wealth management context.
  • Familiarity with Dynasty Financial Partners' platform and advisor network a plus.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be a self-starter who takes ownership of the full paperwork lifecycle without needing to be managed step-by-step.
  • Bring a service-first mindset - understanding that clean, timely execution directly impacts advisor trust and LP experience.
  • Be highly detail-oriented, with the discipline to catch NIGO issues, track open items, and follow through to completion.
  • Be comfortable building structure where little exists today - and energized by the opportunity to define how this function works at scale.
  • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment where multiple opportunities may be in motion simultaneously.
  • Be a culture carrier and adopt Dynasty's values of accountability, fairness, teamwork, and transparency.
  • Show eagerness to grow with Dynasty as private markets volume and network complexity increase over time.

BENEFITS:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Retirement plan 401(k)
  • 401(k) matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • FSA/HSA benefits plans
  • Disability benefits
  • Voluntary Life Insurance
  • Basic Life Insurance
