Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions through secure video conferencing to ensure ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.
• Create effective, individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and situational factors.
• Foster insight and personal growth in clients by guiding them to explore their emotions, relationships, and mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress regularly and assist in developing healthy coping mechanisms to manage day-to-day life and enhance overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Our focus is on individuals who are seeking support and guidance to enhance their mental health and overall life satisfaction. By providing tailored therapy, you will play a crucial role in improving their day-to-day functioning and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions against your license and an absence of limited/provisional licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy towards clients.
• Proficient in computer literacy to navigate our easy-to-use therapy platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various treatment modalities and mental health theories that can enhance therapy sessions.
• Prior experience providing virtual counseling or telehealth services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote setting.
